Theatre Skills Intensive
Saturday, April 26th | 9 AM to 1 PM | Ages 7+ | Fee: $65
Join us for an exciting 4-hour theatre intensive where creativity takes center stage! This fast-paced, high-energy workshop is perfect for beginners and budding performers alike. You'll explore all the basics—voice, movement, improvisation, character work, and stage presence—while having a blast with theatre games and team-building exercises. Whether you're looking to build confidence, sharpen your performance skills, or just have some fun, this intensive is your ticket to the world of theatre. No experience necessary—just bring your imagination and a willingness to play! Bonus: Signing up for this intensive also entitles you to a 30 minute private voice & vocal work lesson to be scheduled outside of the intensive time.
The Moriah Davis School of the Arts is proud to announce auditions for our fall theater production, “12 Dancing Princesses”. Based on the book by the Brothers Grimm, script and lyrics by Jennifer Kirkeby. Music is by Shirley Mier and will be directed by our very own Shanae’a Moore! We invite all participants ages 7 years and older, no matter your skill level to join us for singing, dancing, and acting. We are thrilled to provide this opportunity for the community and YOU are a big part of making it happen!

Participants must be at least 7 years old by September 1st AND able to read.

In Person Auditions at MDSA: Thursday May 1st (6:30-8 PM)

Recorded auditions through email submissions will be accepted until Saturday May 10th

Costume fee for each performer: $30

Due by first rehearsal.

Each sign up will receive an audition information packet which will include instructions on how to submit a recorded audition.

Rehearsals will take place Thursday, Friday, & Saturdays. Exact dates and times will be decided after casting.
