MDSA Classes start the week of August 5th,
READ THE FOLLOWING before REGISTERING:
For this season we will be grouping students together by level.
If your dancer has previous experience, we need you to contact the studio for placement guidance. We will be monitoring our emails consistently and will have your child's previous instructor inform us of the proper placement.
-
Current students: know their placement level before registering
-
New students or students with no prior training in a specific discipline should sign up for introduction/minis, transition classes, or Level 1 depending on their age.
-
**Returning students who register without the proper recommendation from MDSA instructors will be contacted and switched to the proper class.**
Before Your First Day
-
Each discipline has a specific dress code. Please check our website or your Parent Portal for detailed information on what to wear for your classes. Proper attire and footwear are essential.
-
We are working hard to respect the art form, our instructors, our student's safety and time put into training, and of course the studio's name. Please note that ALL disciplines of dance attire, teachers, and students must follow MDSA's overall dress code. This includes no booty shorts, no midriffs, no inappropriate pictures or words on clothing.
-
Before entering a classroom/studio room:
-
We ask that students take a minute and wash their hands. This will help us keep our students and teachers healthy.
-
We also encourage students to use the bathroom before class. This habit will lessen the number of bathroom breaks requested by students during instruction.
Homeschool Classes
Acro-Tumbling
Wednesdays at 10 AM | Instructor: Coach Mark | Starts at $55/month
In our Acro-Tumbling program, you'll develop key skills like flexibility, strength, balance, and limbering. As you advance, you'll get to learn more challenging tumbling moves. We'll emphasize the importance of flexibility while teaching you how dedication and perseverance can help you reach your goals. At MDSA, we aim to help you build a positive self-image and practice discipline, both in your training and everyday life.
