Ballet

Ballet is a highly technical form of dance training with its own vocabulary based on French terminology. It has influenced and defined the foundation of techniques used in many other genres. Ballet has evolved over the years but will always hold the most important dance fundamentals. It requires hard work, dedication and discipline.

MDSA offers different levels of Ballet Classes, determined by what best fits each student according to their age and abilities.

For students ages 3 to 5, Introduction to Ballet focuses on learning grace, poise, basic steps and proper positions through the joy of ballet.
