Tap

This class will be offered to girls and boys. Students will learn the basic sounds and steps of tap movements as well as the proper terminology. Students will learn how to make rhythmic patterns and timing beats. Students will learn tap at the barre, traveling and center floor. Students will develop an understanding of musicality, rhythm and coordination. Students will develop basics and advance them by adding more beats and rhythms. Students will learn how to free style tap and learn tap combinations.  

MDSA offers different levels of Tap Classes, determined by what best fits each student according to their age and abilities
